Birthday Parties

All of our party packages offer the following:

  • 1 hour Pool Time - Lap Pool or Dive Tank
  • 1 hour in the party room or party deck
  • Noodles and/or rings
  • Lifeguard Supervision
  • Napkins

  • Graeter's Ice Cream
  • Bottled Water
  • Aquatic Adventures gift to Birthday Child

Aquatic Adventures offers a total of three different Birthday Party Packages.  Each package includes the above components plus more per party.  If you have further questions please feel free to call (614) 545-3700 and we will be more than happy to assist you.

Swim Party - $200

$200 - up to 12 people
$15 per person - from 13-24 people

Swimming party includes the standard package with available extras.

  • 30 mins supervised use of 2 water scooters - $35
    Use of 12 masks and snorkels during water time - $25 (minimum age 7 years old - all participants)
  • Additional pool time - $35/half hour
  • Additional Party Room time - $15/half hour
  • Graeter's Ice Cream Cake - $25-40

  

Discover Scuba Party - $250-$325

Minimum age 10 years old for all participants
$250 - 1 to 4 people
$325 - 5 to 8 people

Discover Scuba party includes our standard party package with a SCUBA diving session under the direct supervision of a Scuba instructor.  Discover scuba takes 1 1/2 hour in the water and 30 minutes in the party room.

ALL PARTICIPANTS ARE REQUIRED TO HAVE A SIGNED LIABILITY AND BRIEF MEDICAL WAIVER BY PARENT OR GUARDIAN PRIOR TO THE PARTY.  If the waivers are not signed, the participant is prohibited from participating in the Discover Scuba.

The guests will wear full Scuba gear and begin in shallow water (max 6ft.).  As they become more comfortable they can venture into the deep end of the pool (12 ft max).  All equipment is provided by Aquatic Adventures Ohio.

Available extras:

  • 30 mins supervised use of 2 water scooters - $35
  • Additional pool time - $35/half hour
  • Additional Party Room time - $15/half hour

General Party Information

Aquatic Adventures Ohio offers a variety of birthday party packages to meet every child's needs.  In order to ensure the safety of your child we ask that you abide by the following Policies and Procedures.

  • Pool time is always first
  • Adult Supervision:
    • Parents are welcome to swim with the children.  There will be no extra charge.  We do ask that a minimum of 2 adults stay and supervise the party.
  • Ice cream is available for adults - $4 per person.
  • Children may bring their own swim aids and toys.
  • Facility Waivers - all party participants must have a facility waiver signed prior to the party.  If a guest comes without a waiver they will not be permitted to swim.
  • All party hosts must sign a Rules and Procedures form prior to the party.

Party Time Restrictions:
You will have the use of the pool for the times contracted only.  You will have the pool for the first hour of your party and the party room for both hours.  Because we may have several parties scheduled consecutively, we may not be able to allow you early access to the party room, and we need you to be completely finished and out of the party room at the end of your contracted time.  Example: You book a birthday party room from 2pm to 4pm.  You will have the use of the pool from 2 to 3pm and the use of the party room from 2 to 4pm.  You may not start setting up in the party room until 2pm and the party must be completely finished by 4pm.

Party Room Care:
We will do the major cleaning after your party.  We do ask, however, that you place all trash in the provided container and try to pick up the room prior to leaving.  You will be financially responsible for cleaning/repair/replacement if any of the participants damage our facility through unacceptable behavior, so please supervise your children carefully.

General Rules:

  1. Showers and locker rooms are available as needed.
  2. Please - no food or drinks in the pool area.
  3. Please do not consume alcohol on Aquatic Adventures property.
  4. No glass containers are permitted in Aquatic Adventures.
  5. Every swimmer must pass a swim test to be allowed into the deep end of the pool.
  6. Children under the age of 6 must have an adult (age 18 or older) in the water with them.  1 adult to every 5 participants.
  7. Lifeguards are responsible for safety in the water and on the pool deck.
  8. Lifeguards may remove children from the pool for violating safety rules.
  9. U.S. Coast Guard-approved lifejackets only please.  If you have participants wearing life jackets, you must have an adult within arm's reach at all times.

To book a party:

Call Aquatic Adventures and confirm the date and time that you would like is available. Parties require a $50 (non-refundable) deposit, and reservations must be made at least 2 weeks in advance.
