Holliday Water Fitness Schedule Changes
ABC – Aquatic Basic Conditioning – 55 min. A high intensity class focusing on cardiovascular endurance and muscle strength. The use of a variety of water resistance equipment will be encouraged. 20 participants
Deep Water Arthritis Fitness - The Arthritis Foundation Aquatic Program for Deep Water allows participants to exercise without putting excess strain on joints and muscles. The gentle activities in warm water, with guidance from a trained instructor, will help with increased strength and flexibility. The program is designed to encourage exercise at an intensity greater than the Arthritis Foundation Aquatic Program and Plus programs. Participants should be able to tolerate this increase in exercise intensity. * Individuals with osteoporosis, osteoarthritis, joint replacements or shoulder problems may not be candidates for this program and should check with their healthcare provider prior to participation.
• Participants will be expected to demonstrate recovery techniques while wearing flotation equipment as well as a confidence in his/her swimming ability. 14 participants
Deep Dynamics – 45 min. High intensity class. Noodles, hand buoys, and aqua cuffs are used to provide a calorie burning fitness workout. Non-impact workout utilizing both upper and lower body muscle groups. Non-swimmers welcome; flotation belts are used. Great mid-day workout during lunch break. 14 participants
Dusk Busters- New Evening Time- Offered in the Dive Pool!!- A bit longer that our Deep Dynamics class which gives participants more opportunity for increased cardio and interval excercises. 14 participants
HydroFit @ 4- Join us for an upbeat after-work water workout - in the Dive Pool - all levels welcome. 14 Participants
Noodlemania - 45min. A challenging mid-day deep-water workout using noodles for support and resistance while traveling through the water focusing on endurance, core strength, and balance. All levels welcome 14 participants
Water Warriors – 55 min. of cardio exercise, muscle strength training with the use of a variety of aquatic resistance equipment. Have fun while you get an awesome workout. All levels are welcome. 20 participants
Instructors will strive to encourage new participants, so come whichever day fits your time schedule.
Instructors will challenge those members who have become regular participants.
Classes are set to music – participants can set their own pace for a moderate to intense workout.
Participants are strongly encouraged to bring a water bottle.
Instructors will happily discuss the benefits and options for water fitness shoes.

By purchasing this punch pass, you are buying 25 visits to water fitness only. This pass can be shared with a spouse or friend. All water fitness classes are on a first come basis. Space is limited so arrive early! This pass is good for 1 year from the date of purchase
Water Fitness Month Unlimited: $50
If Water Fitness is your main focus, this is your pass! With a Water Fitness Pass you will have access to all of the Water Fitness classes that we have available. All water fitness classes are on a first come basis. Space is limited so arrive early! Your pass is good for 30 days from the date of purchase.
